Cancellation Policy: Yes, you can cancel! No notice is needed for drop-ins. We kindly request 3 days notice for boarding or house sitting services.
Pet Illness During Care: Should your pet become ill, I will contact you immediately. I can take them to your preferred veterinarian if you arrange payment with the vet directly.
Overnight Stays for House Sitting: I can stay overnight if you wish. Otherwise, I will return home to sleep and be back in the morning. Rest assured, I spend most of my time with the pets I am sitting and boarding.

For boarding, we'll coordinate convenient drop-off or pick-up times.

To ensure the best care, owners are responsible for providing:
Enclosure/cage/tank/habitat
Food
Bedding/substrate
Toys/enrichment
Heat/UVB (for reptiles)
Any necessary medications or supplements
Important Liability Note: In the rare event that a pet passes away while in my care due to natural causes, age, pre-existing conditions, or unforeseen events, I will notify the owner immediately. I am not liable for illness, injury, or death that is not the result of negligence. Owners are responsible for all veterinary or aftercare costs.
